In 2020, when the world stood still because of Covid, like so many people, I went back to my first passion – baking. I wanted to bring a little joy to my family and friends during a time of uncertainty. I started making birthday cakes, then expanded to other baked goods. My heart was always full to see my loved ones happy, smiling, and enjoying something delicious that I made for them. This also created wonderful moments for us to remember.
My baking style can be summed up in one word – balance. I always aim to have the right amount of sweetness in all my baked goods. I strike a balance between the frosting and cake so they complement each other to give you the perfect bite every time. Lastly, I don’t use fondant on any of my cakes, so it won’t overpower the flavors of the dessert.
Fast forward to 2025, with the encouragement from family, friends, and people in my community, I decided to start my home baking business. My pastries and desserts will have some minor imperfections because they are not mass produced by a machine. They will always be handmade with lots of TLC. So, allow me to create sweet memories for your next special occasion with your loved ones.
